At VISTA, we understand that travelling far from home can be a stressful event and we will do our best to help your stay here a memorable and comfortable one.
Please make a prior appointment before coming into the country via email ([email protected]) or by phone (+603-7711 3937). We will discuss the best timing, the expected staying period, and the preparation.
Please bring your previous medical records. Kindly remove your soft contact lens at least two weeks (1 month for semi-rigid or hard lenses) prior to visiting our centers.
Most of our treatments require 2-3 days of stay, for examination, treatment and post-operative check. Specialised custom lenses may require a return trip as it needs 3-6 weeks for ordering & delivery.
Our International patient centre will be able to help you on selecting your hotel.
